And when we’re doing most of the heavy lifting, you’re free to focus on customer relationships and strategic growth.
It’s truly a “set it and forget it” solution – one that’s flexible enough to scale with your business, and fully managed and supported to minimize the time you’ll spend hands-on with the platform.
Logicfork's Features and Benefits
Secure, Predictable Backup:
Data backed up to a local appliance can be replicated offsite to the cloud, so you and your clients can enjoy true peace of mind knowing that business continuity will be maintained in the event of user error, malware, or even a disaster scenario. Logicfork uses the world-renowned reliable public cloud and replicates data across multiple U.S. data centers to help guarantee reliability and availability.
Flexible Hardware Support:
Logicfork is hardware agnostic, meaning we provide system requirements and supported configurations – including support for both hardware and software RAID – and allow you to choose which vendor you’d like to purchase from so you can maintain existing relationships. And if you’ve got clients with varying needs, don’t worry; installing Logicfork is easy, and you’re free to setup whichever configurations are best-suited for each environment.
Complete Disaster Recovery and Cloud Replication:
In the event of a catastrophe, we’ll spin up your entire site as virtual machines on a private network in the cloud, with VPN access for you and your clients. Downtime is minimized, and business operations can continue as usual.
A Proven Technology Foundation Born in the Cloud:
Unlike hardware-oriented solutions, the technology powering Logicfork wasn’t retrofitted to support the cloud – it was built in the cloud, for the cloud. This proven technology already protects nearly 250,000 servers and is trusted by nearly 1,800 web hosting providers – and we’re committed to continuing expanding and improving it to meet you and your clients needs. Logicfork Continuous Data Protection (CDP) technology minimizes the amount of storage used on the appliance and in the cloud.
Single Pane of Glass Management:
Logicfork allows you to manage easily all of your clients’ backups from a central location, with remote access to appliances, protected machines (with Logicfork RMM), and the cloud. The platform’s simplified user interface is designed to help you quickly initiate common tasks such as protecting devices, adjusting retention settings, creating virtual machines and conducting complete file and folder restores. The ITSupport portal also features real-time reporting on backup deployment and cloud usage, and quick access to complete ticketing support.
Seamless Integration with Logicfork RMM:
When Logicfork is combined with Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) platform, you can deliver complete, comprehensive end-to-end IT management and data protection. Installing RMM gives our NOC technicians access to protected machines, expands the scope of issues they can resolve, and provides you with direct access to your tools from the ITSupport portal.
